Meet Dr. Steven Gigli

Dr. Steven Gigli earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry, one of the top dental programs in the country. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Idaho State University in Meridian, where he deepened his clinical skills and discovered a genuine love for Idaho. The mountains, the tight-knit communities, and one incredible Idaho native who later became his wife, Jill, made the decision to stay an easy one.

After helping open and lead two dental practices, Dr. Gigli knew it was time to build something of his own. He founded The Dome Dentistry & Implants in Mountain Home, ID with a clear vision: bring advanced technology, full mouth implant care, and a truly personal patient experience to a community that deserves it. With over 400 implants placed and more than 50 arches of All-on-X completed, his hands-on expertise in implant dentistry sets him apart. He has trained at the Texas Implant Institute and the Full Arch Club, and he continues to stay at the forefront of digital dentistry, working daily with intraoral scanners, CBCT imaging, 3D printing, and a complete digital implant workflow.

What drives Dr. Gigli isn’t just the clinical work. It’s watching someone smile with confidence again after years of hiding their teeth.
